More on systematic contributions to tof resolution

Hi, everyone.

I found a sign error in the correction for the z-position in the
flight-time calculation.  This correction (when applied correctly ...
sigh) partially compensates for the error in the flight distance from the
vertex to the TOF/BCAL.  The revise plot for pions is attached.  The effect
of the tracking errors for the forward direction (<11 degrees) is greatly
reduced.  The resolution around 90 degrees is also better.  There is still a
large degradation of the resolution between 10 and 40 degrees, which is
under investigation...
