RE: Hall D fixed array - add counters? (fwd)

Dear Dan and Franz,
the costbook is frozen since rougly a month so the numbers in the costbook
came mainly from the tables I got some time agaon in january from Richard,
The backup information you gave we has upd and downs compared to the
numbers in the costbook. I would suggest the follwoing procedurre.
From the experimental point of view full coverage is of course much nicer,
we cannot make this change right now, but we can easily make it for CD-3
especially if we stay in the budget.
So lets leave the numbers for the mometn untouch for the reviews now, but
aim for a change of this at CD-3.
Is this an acceptable compromise?
thanks elke
