Tagger interface drawing

Hi Franz,

As Chuck started putting together the Tagger interface drawing, some 
questions come up. We put in the old 3D autocad file from you (this 
appears to match the latest dwgs from Sergey). There appears to be a 
problem with the location as compared with the tagger area civil 
drawings. The upstream face of the magnet is set 3 M from the radiator 
as the specification says. With this, the downstream electron beam exit 
tube does not line up with the expected beamline going towards the dump. 
You can see this on the attached .pdf file. In order to get this to 
match up, the tagger would have to move about 32 inches upstream.
There are also a few other minor discrepancies, each magnet is 3.09 M 
long (spec says 3.06), the separation between magnets is0.41 M, the spec 
says 0.40 M).

Maybe you can shed some light on this.
