Re: interface document first draft

As mentioned 2 weeks ago, I won't be available for the meeting as well.

Thanks to Jim to provide us with such a good draft of the interface
document.
I've only three questions:
a) do we have to provide more information on diamond rotation (i.e.
polarization adjustment ... if we do it wrong we might flush the beamline
(+tagger) with "close-to-channeling" background spread ... I guess it will
be my job to define the procedure how to "wobble" the crystal without
killing the tagger and maybe downstream monitoring equipment).
b) a beam halo of ~1% is rather large for tagger beams (for coh.brems. I
request 10^-4 in Hall B). In general, the halo causes lots of spreads due
to electrons hitting beampipe + vacuum chamber.
c) don't we need 2 pump stations for the long vacuum chamber? The document
talks only about goniometer=upstream beamline, photon beamline and a
single pump for vacuum chamber+pipes to electron beam dump.

Thanks again, Jim! I'll drop by your office on Friday after lunch.
