Dear Jim and Richard,

with all respect we had a 6 hour meeting on all the tagger and beamline is
this agenda below really realistic. I think better just discuss the review
agenda and the pre-brief material and what is needed to get the pre-brief.

I think we need the following prebrief material.

1. photon beam, requirements/ parameters and simulations done
2. a write up on the 2 detectors microscope and hodoscope
3. the tagger magnet design
4. technical drawings on all the components
5. background and the impact on the detector
----> Alex have you repeated your trigger simulation with the new
knowledge on background from the photon beam
6. pair spectrometer
7. diamond research

so that is a lot of work and the reviewers need it at least 1.5 weeks in
advance to the review.

this means it should go to the reviewers 7th of November as the experience
shows we need at least one if not 2 iterations in the group of all this
documents. I think the internal deadline should be 27th of October.

We need also to set up a schedule for dry runs. Jim can you do this on the
wiki.

thanks elke
