IMPORTANT: review dates

Dear all,

it looks like we have to shift the review by 2 days instead the 17th and
18th it will be the 19th and 20th.

Please please tell me immediately this would work.

Richard, on you mail concerning the beam time at CHESS, I think it is
fantastic to move it to spring, it gives us a bit more time to really see
where we are going with all the tests.
