I put on the tagger review wiki page

Here you will also find tarballs of each separate chapter.

The document has the following known problems:

Richard needs to provide section 6.3.2  on the active collimator
Richard needs to provide section 5.4.1 on the microscope
Richard needs to provide section 7.2 on the spectral shape analysis
Yang needs to give me and updated figure 5.5 for the transport study
Alex needs to update figure 7.2

This is actually a fairly short list of changes so it would be good if 
people could look over this
version and give comments.
