Re: Meeting today

Dear Dan and Curtis,

may I make a suggestion. I think it would be nice to have a common meeting
it will help enormously to keep the communication flow going better.

One of the things which I think would be very good is, lets say to plan a
meeting once per month, which addresses common questions between both
detectors. I think to exchange experience on the electronics, front end
cards and so on can only help. We have still very limited manpower, so
taking advantage from what other people have learned would be great.

I would decouple the tracking part as this should be addressed in our
software meeting.

Dan, it would be nice to have maybe a mail one day in advance to the FDC
meeting with the hot issues to discuss. If Yves and/or Curtis feel one of
the topics might be important for them they can phone in.

So could we discuss my proposal of one meeting a month during our meeting
next week and see it would work.

Thanks Elke
