Re: Meeting today

Curtis,

I talked with Elke today about the meetings and we came up with
a couple of ideas:

1). Keep you and Yves informed on the weekly FDC agenda. If you
want to call in and be part of any specific aspect of the discussion,
you can feel free, and then we can continue on with our FDC business.

2). Once a month, we have a joint FDC/CDC meeting where we focus
on issues related to both systems.

A few other points: You and Yves should subscribe to halld-tracking-hw
if you have not already. This is the mailing list that we use on
all FDC-related issues. Also, the minutes of the weekly FDC meeting
are archived on the GlueX wiki (under meetings, FDC). Hopefully I
provide enough detail to fill you in if you want to look at what we
talked about during any particular meeting.

Let me know what you think of this proposal.

				Regards,

					Daniel
