preampboard and shaper test

Dear Gerard,

as you for sure already know we will have latest end of next week preamp
boards with the asic and cables so we can test things with the CDC and the
FDC prototypes.
As it is very important to test things also with the shaper we have been
wondering you could come to JLab or CMU or both to work with Simon and
Yves get nice signals out. It would be really super great if that could
still happen before mid of December as we would like to have first data
especially with the CDC to test fits to the signal shape, so we see we can
get the required timing resolution.

I think it would be very helpful if you could tell us what your time
constraints are.
