FDC/CDC Meeting Agenda





Folks,

Below is the full agenda for tomorrow's FDC and FDC/CDC meeting.
Note that the FDC-only portion of the meeting must end by 2:15 p.m..
Those folks that I would like to stay for the entire meeting are
listed below.  

Note for outside folks:  As we do not have video connectivity in
the room that we are in, you will have to dial into the meeting.
Instructions are given below.  Let me know if you have any
questions.

FDC Weekly Meeting Agenda
Dec. 13, 2007

FDC Meeting 1:30 - 2:15 p.m.
1. Composite wire frame construction update (shop work plans).
2. Wire winding contract status and timeline.
3. Wire frame transport/storage box status.
4. Discussion on daughter board connector positioning.
5. STB/HVTB design update.
6. Composite cathode prototype construction update.
7. +/-75 deg. cathode mounting.
8. Work plans for Denny.
9. Test Lab setup status -- plans for ASIC studies
10. B-field analysis update (overview of analysis results).
11. Cathode board readout design/procurement plans.
12. Cooling system update. 
13. Available technical help for FDC project.
14. Discussion on drawings.

FDC/CDC Meeting 2:15 - 3:30 p.m.
1. Discussion of preamp/preamp board tests for the FDC and CDC.
   o configuring/powering the daughter and interposer boards
   o required measurements to give feedback to Mitch, Gerard, and Fernando
   o Visit to CMU 
2. Updated Design Report Documentation
   o On the Wiki pages
   o For the next version of the DR 
3. Cooling the preamp cards and specific requirements
   o FDC
   o CDC 
4. Chamber installation issues. 
5. Chamber alignment issues. 
6. System monitoring and time histories. 
7. HV and LV systems (includes definitions of ground).
8. Readout, HV, and LV cabling issues. 
9. Gas system design. 

For the combined FDC/CDC meeting, Bill, Fernando, Simon, and Brian will
be required.  Of course, all others are welcome to stay and participate.
