Meetings to discuss schedules

Everyone, please stop by my office at some point today to go over 
the schedule associated with the work that you are responsible for.
I would like to see Brian, Kim, Bill, Simon, Roger, Fernando, Joe.
I will be in meetings this morning, so please make an effort to
stop by and talk with me this afternoon.  Let me know if you have
