Next FDC meeting





Folks,

The agenda for this week's FDC (and joint FDC/CDC) meeting is
included below.  The time for the combined FDC/CDC meeting has
been expanded somewhat to allow sufficient time for discussion.
The regular FDC meeting will begin at 1:45 p.m..  Dialing 
instructions for outside folks are given below as well.  Let me
know if you have any questions.

1. Status of the tracking Monte Carlo with varying resolutions
2. Where we stand on the CDC.
3. Where we stand on the FDC.
4. Where we stand on electronics for chambers.
5. Cable routing for FDCs and impact on CDC design.

1:45 - 2:45 p.m. : FDC Meeting

1. Wire winding contract status and timeline.
2. Composite cathode prototype construction update.
3. Gas volume definition and new gas windows -- update of design.
    - impedance/flow calculations and para-solid model.
    - definitions of holes in cathodes, foam, and ground planes.
    - sketch of modifications to ground plane attachment skim.
    - can holes in boards be made by board house?
    - gas ports.
4. Cathode board discussion.
    - contact with board house : flatness specs and handling requirements
    - minimum copper thickness
    - aluminum strips
5. STB/HVTB design update.
    - procurement plans and number of sets to order.
    - stage 1 board stuffing.
    - document for board stuffing and procedures for cleaning.
    - modifications to construction jig for component clearance.
6. Plans for cathode flatness measurements.
    - specification document.
    - contacts with outside companies.
    - plans.
7. +/-75 deg. cathode mounting update
