Wire testing procedure from CLAS

Hi Tim -

  with regard to the wire test procedure for CLAS. Most of
the described tests can only be performed with equipment
from Jefferson Lab. If we were to adopt such a preocedure,
I presume that the wire would first go to Jefferson lab, be
inspected, then shipped to CMU for stringing?
