Hi Curtis,

The frequency of testing will have to be discussed. The same holds true 
with the FDC since the wire planes will not be wound at JLAB. Maybe it 
is just the beginning of each spool that gets inspected (maybe the end 
also). We can tailor the size of the spool to meet our requirements.
