FDC Cost Spreadsheet

Hello Everybody,

Elke has suggested we create a spreadsheet to compile all of the costs 
for the FDC prototype.  I have volunteered to work on this but I'll need 
everybody's help.  Please forward me a list of everything that has been 
purchased along with PR numbers, costs, description, manufacturer, and 
any other information you feel may be relevant.  I will compile 
everything and send the spreadsheet around for review.
