CDC Tracking discussion minutes

Hi All,

    Some minutes from a brief, ad hoc CDC tracking meeting held 
yesterday are now posted on the wiki here:

I mainly put them up so as to document the conclusions from the meeting. 
In particular the CDC geometries that will be included in the next round 
of CDC MC studies. Those attending the meeting can feel free to verify 
that the configurations are consistent with their recollections.
