CDC geometry

Hi All,
I just committed a considerable modification of the CDC geometry to the 
repository.
It includes the current layers 28 in total with the positions according 
to the latests numbers
from Curtis. I also implemented the geometry according to the drawings 
from Slava.
This includes a 1 inch downstream gas plenum. 12 aluminum support rods 
are also in the
 geometry ouside the Ar/CO2 gas volume.
