Hi Alex,
what might be more conclusive is to make 2-dimensional ADC plots North 
vs. South.
For hits in the center the data points should be on a strait line. The 
offset should be zero
as the pedestal is already subtracted and the slope should give the 
relative calibration
of the two ADCs. So the slope should be the normalization factor for the 
South ADC
provided the events were in the center.
