Dear calorimeter friends

I have just posted a new version (v2) of GlueX-doc-834:
"Calibrating BCAL with Cosmic Rays."

The new version now has the floor term in the energy
resolution function added in quadrature to the statistical
term when doing the fits.  This version also compares the
calibration constants obtained from gain balancing for
cosmic rays with those obtained by Blake requiring that
the width of the distribution in (E[cal]-E[beam])/E[beam]
be minimized.
