Re: Jan 4 Calorimetry meeting

Hi Elke:

Just a tiny clarification. Besides Alex and I, no one else has seen yet
the calorimetry document and I have only seen the BCAL sections already
completed. I believe what Zisis stated carries the caveat that I finish
my sections today, send them to Alex who has the overall integration
task who will then first circulate it to a very restricted group of
people as a draft for vetting and correcting before being released more
widely. This first group of people consists of the authors and
contributors to the document who have direct knowledge of the subject
material in front of them and all the source material used. The second
wider group will include others within the calorimetry group, including
yourself, of course. Now, the question is whether this all can be done
before Friday so the second group has had also the time to read it.
Personally, I doubt it very much.

If I misunderstood the order, Alex please correct me.

Cheers,

George

Dear Zisis,

I think it is very difficult to discuss in a meeting about a document
only a very very limited number of people have seen. Even Elton has
not and I want definetely also to give my input. I actually suggest we
discuss also the phase I SiPMT document. I have send a couple of
questions and I can add more.

Just to make things clear we have the meeting at 10:00 EST, because you
don't mention it in your email below. Will you book an EVO meeting room
or
do we use the JLab phone connection.

Cheers elke
