photoelectron yields - BCAL - cosmics/photon

Hi All

I wanted to get this out prior to our meeting tomorrow.  The attached
note is in rough form - but I think the essence of the message is there.
The photoelectron yields from BCAL prototype cosmics and photons
are roughly internally consistent and consistent with KLOE.
