preparations for the Friday calorimeter and tracking meetings

Dear All

1.  I updated GlueX-doc-924 on Fiber Spectral Analysis adding an
appendix on the average PDE (QE) of the XP2020 and A35H SiPM
based on using either blue or green fibers.

2.  I updated the Wiki meeting page for the meeting with the above
link and with a link to current work in progress on new fiber emission
spectra and their analysis.  Blake, George, Zisis and I have been in
daily contact on this project.

3.  Later today I plan to upload information on the latest timing
calculations for BCAL for photons based on discussions we had
with Stefano.

4.  I also plan to update information using BCAL timing for pi/p
separation.  I don't know whether this should be discussed at the
calorimeter meeting or tracking meeting - your input Elton?
