FEU84-3

Hi Elton,

I checked a few publications referencing the FEU84-3 PMT and I saw a 
rise time of less than 10 ns (~8 ns). This agrees with an conversation I 
had with Paul Smith quite a long time ago (in fact, one note from Paul 
shows a rise time of less than 10 ns with the fADC prototype). The 
figures presented on Friday by Mihajlo showed a rise time of about 30 
ns. This discrepancy may be due to the light source. Do you have a spec 
sheet on the FEU84-3? I found one on the web in Russian but didn't seem 
to have a spec for the rise time.
