DR responsibilities

Just a reminder (from Alex's note):

a.  Design Report preparation:

1.  Alex will set up a web site to coordinate this.

2.  We will try to have a first version by early June based on the work
done in preparation for the review.  It will also include a summary of the
review, magnet assessment, etc...

3.  Rough outline of responsibilities:
        Chapters 1, 2 and 3 (Intro, Exec Summary, Science) - Alex
        Chapter 4 (Beam) - Richard
        Chapter 5 (Detector) - Curtis (Alex will coordinate PID)
        Chapter 6 (Civil) - Elton and Elliot
        Chapter 7 (Electronics) - Doughty and Paul Smith
        Chapter 8 (Data Handling) - Elliot (?)
        Chapter 9 (MC) - Eugenio ?
        Chapter 10 (Analysis) - Alex and Dennis
        Chapter 11 (Milestones) - Alex, Elton and Curtis
        Chapter 12 (Costs) - Alex and Elton
        Chapter 13 (Magnet) - Paul Brindza
