Subject: Hall D dump

Elton:
I was thinking about your dump situation for Hall D. If you determine
that the BSY dump is a usable design, we should consider giving you an
identical dump (used only slightly) located in the NE stub. This dump is
rated for 100kW and will be removed during the construction of the Hall
D transport tunnel.
