I have made updates to Alex's Excel file in the the following sections

1. Tracking (from Curtis)
   - channel changes due to BVT
2. Civil (Elton and Elliot)
   - thicker walls for radiation containment
   - piles for above ground option
3. Solenoid
   - from Paul's Magnet assessment
4. Engineering
   - Draft from Paul on timeline
5. Cryogenic Target
   - Estimates from Mike Seely
6. Computing
   - Elliott and Dave


We are in the process of trying to make sure that all numbers are being
updated consistently throughout the spread sheet. I know there are still
some inconsistencies. 

Please take a look at them with an eye out for changes since last
December, and for consistency.
