Elton,

The tagger building looks a little un-generous at both ends.  If
you print out the latest
tagger drawing in the form on my web page
(www.jlab.org/~sober/halld/Dtag_Oct00.eps), it is about the same
scale as the civil drawings and you will see that
1) there is no room for the quadrupole, which may be necessary
for future upgrades, and
2) it looks kind of tight at the bottom end of the focal plane.
