      b] What do we need to do to resolve these isues?

         i) Frozen versions?
        ii) Possible rewrites?
       iii) Flexibility?

      c] Timescale for these fixes.

        i) What is the current status?
       ii) What can we have done by Friday?
      iii) what will be done by the collbaoration meeting? 
       iv) identify manpower

   2] What are the questions we need to answer between now and August?

      a) PID questions.

      b) PWA analysis.

      c) Other detector optimzation.

   3] What sort of questions require a more sophistcated Monte Carlo?

      a) Is there a need for a geant(3) based Monte Carlo before August?
