Re: analyzing some events, not all




Hi Mark and David,

The option to scan a specific list of events is EXTREMELY useful,
especially in combination with the same capability in the event display. A
very general way to implement this is to have the option for the analysis
(or event display) to process events off an ascii file list of event
numbers.  This removes any complexity (i.e. logic) in creating the list
from the analysis programs. It also allows the event list to edited by
hand (which is sometimes useful).

That's my proposal for implementation of such a capability.
