Hi All,

    This seems like a no-brainer. I use this all of the time too and it 
seems to be stable. I have gone ahead and added this as well as it's 
sister utilities hddm_merge_events and hddm_merge_files to the Makefile 
in Utilities so that all 3 should be built during a standard buid from 
now on.
