thanks for the info. Concerning a liquid helium target, we are still 
designing the refrigeration for the target. We are still debatting to 
combine the traget cooling with that of the magnet or keep it separated.
So unfortnately there is not a clear yes or no to this answer. I can ask 
George Biallas to look into the numbers in a bit more detail.
