Hi Jay,

I believe the reason the quadrupole was paired with the tagging magnet was
because it was thought that these needed to be designed as a unit to
optimize the optics. But using a standard Jlab design makes sense if it
can satisfy our requirements.

Yang: Perhaps you should get more information about the so called QP and
see if this matches the required optics.
