Weight in collimator area

Hello all,

Richard had originally put in for 234,000 lbs of equipment in the 
collimator area.This is what was used in the civil design. The baseline 
we worked out a few weeks ago adds up to about 190,000 lbs. This gives 
us about 45,000 lbs leeway in adding magnets or shielding.
