Franz, Jim and all,

Let's put this on the top of the agenda for this week's meeting.  This 
email also serves as a reminder of this week's beam working group 
meeting, 9:30 on Thursday.  Agenda is being assembled in the usual place 
on the wiki.  Please comment.
