Re: pre-brief materials outline
Dear Curtis and Elke
If the Review is shifted to Thursday-Friday Nov 19 and 20, then would it
make sense to shift the
Dry-Runs?
Dry-Run 1: Thursday Nov 6 and Friday Nov 7
Dry-Run 2: Thursday Nov 13 and Friday Nov 14
When do the final versions of the talks have to be given to the 12 GeV team?
I understand that the Pre-Brief needs to go to the reviewers 1 week in
advance or on Nov 12th.
This means the written part should be submitted to Elke on Nov. 5th.
Is this correct?
