Re: pre-brief materials outline

Dear Jim,

okay the talks need to be printed and filed and ....
This can be done the beginning Monday the 17th.

The prebrief material needs to be indeed to be with the reviewers at least
one week in advance. so here the deadline is Monday the 10th of November.

There is the deadline to review all th prebrief internally, this need
quite some time so I think it would be really good some reports would be
ready the 27th of October, because reading 1000 pages in one week
sometimes twice is not doable especially if there is an other review in
the way.

So I think we should aim for these dates and earlier is always possible,
later of course not ;)

cheers elke
