Combined FDC/CDC meeting

Folks,

We have converged on a meeting date and time for the combined
FDC/CDC meeting.  The meeting will be on Dec. 13 at 2:15 p.m..
From 1:30 to 2:15 p.m. we will hold our usual FDC specific
meeting, and then be joined by the folks relevant for the
combined tracking system meeting.  I will send around details
on connectivity and agenda as we get closer to the meeting
date.  In the mean time, let me know if you have any questions.
