Note on induced currents and forces during quench

HI all,

I have posted GlueX-doc-973 with estimates for the currents and forces
induced in the bcal, fdcs and cdcs during a quench. They are
back-of-the-envelope estimates, but show that precautions are needed to
address the consequences during our design.

Comments, suggestions (and corrections) are welcome.
