Re: review

Hi Everyone -

Just an update on the situation in Pittsburgh. After Hilary Clinton visited
a local gas station and the building from "Silence of the Lambs" where
Hanibal Lector was kept in the big cage (located in Tennessee in the movie),
I was able to get to work on the CDC documentation.

At this point, I think I have implemented all the comments that I recevied
from people and expanded a number of the sections to try and add more detail.
I am waiting for *final* versions of resolution plots. However, for the sake
of helping all those people who are bored this weekend, I have updated the
document on the portal (990). However, anyone that tells me that the resolution
plots are missing will get 20 lashes with a wet noodle at the collaboration
meeting in May :-)
