Dear Jim, Lars, and John,

okay i think we have a very clear case of not to great communication here.
Jim of course what you say about the contract is 100% true, but because of
various reasons, which I think email is not the right way to discuss them,
the preamp board design for the FDC and the cdc has been done here at
JLAB by Fernando.

As you might know I have a phone conversation with Lars and John this
afternoon and than I propose that we will have a common call as I
suggested beginning of the week with all parties to streamline the
process.

Before this phone conference I want the following information.

----> which testing on the chips is needed to check the chips are good
and that we get all the data to go into a second production in FY08
this list should include also manpower and time estimates
It should also take into account that we have to repeat some of this
process for the 2nd and final production

----> after that is done we have a phone call and decide who does what,
if things after the long delay are done more efficiently as is
described in the contract fine with me, than we change the contract
      accordingly

I really insist on that we follow this procedure as money and manpower is
unfortunately not existing in unlimited quantities and we are behind
schedule.

regards
elke
